For example, one time when I was in my room, coloring my face with like, wild colors, and moving to the rhythm of music that no one else would appreciate. And it experienced such liberation, man. It was about just letting go and expressing my emotions, without criticism from anyone.

Yeah, even when you’re all by yourself, you still want that connection, that sensation of being in the know. And sometimes, it’s just that sensation, like connecting with someone and understanding that they truly appreciate you.
That time I recall, I entered a tranquil café and just observed all. No one was aware of my presence, there was no prospect of judgment. And I just desired someone to join me, someone I could talk to that truly understood me and saw me for real. It’s this bonding matter, though—it’s as if it’s widespread, you see? This is what everyone seeks, even when alone.
Number three: That time we spend reflecting on our choices, what we stand for, and why we’re doing what we’re doing.
In solitude, we usually begin to ponder about our identity and what we truly deeply desire. It’s an occasion to truly reflect, such as, why did I decide, the reasons for my beliefs, and what truly motivates me?
I’ve dedicated numerous lone moments during my life, writing in a journal and practicing meditation, endeavoring to comprehend my true self and what I sincerely wish to achieve. It’s a journey demanding patience and self-consciousness, yet it is profoundly rewarding.
Number four: The thrill of trying new things and stepping out of your comfort zone.
Even in peaceful times, we all have that anticipation for what comes next. We all want to try something new, break the rules a bit, and just feel that wild rush.
For instance, there was this occasion when I stayed in a small cabin in the forest all alone for an entire week. It seemed as if I was discovering myself in the wilderness—going on hikes, reading, and even cooking over a campfire. And it was undoubtedly one of the most transformative adventures.

And don’t forget, when the spotlight’s off, it’s also a chance to give yourself a little love. You need to take care of your body and your emotions even when you’re by yourself in the room.
